You couldn't lay your head back because the wall was too far away. And with the Service agent, you have to stand while he does his paperwork. I am 67 and disabled. It was very difficult. More

appealing waiting area, attentive service personnel I finally had the passenger side airbag replaced on my Honda FIT. Making the appointment now that they have the parts was simple and efficient. I no longer have to have passengers sit in the back seat! I had to change the appointment and that was also simple to do online. The waiting area in Manly's new facility is very appealing and pleasant. I appreciate them having a ride for me since I live in Sebastopol. The communication regarding the driver was off and I ended up waiting in the pleasant waiting room for the duration of the service (about 2+ hours). I advise checking with the service person every 10 mins or so to be sure you capture your ride. Since this service was on Honda, I have no complaints about cost and I didn't mind reading for the duration in this pleasant environment. More

I went in for my 6 month oil change.My sun visor broke the week prior so I needed to get that fixed as well.Santiago called me the morning of my appoi I went in for my 6 month oil change.My sun visor broke the week prior so I needed to get that fixed as well.Santiago called me the morning of my appointment and went over everything with me.Never having been to the service department before I had many questions.He answered all of them and after hanging up I felt resssured going in(my biggest concern being the broken visor).When I arrived he called my extended warranty holder and found my visor was covered!So cool!They had one in stock and switched it out that day.Thank you so much!I actually went in a month early because of the visor.Good thing I did because they also found a nail in my tire.I'm going back next week to get a new one.Thank you Santiago and technicians who worked on my car for all your help! I had an appointment, which I was early for, but wasn't even seen until 10 mins past. I understand things happen so I was ok. Then I was informed my basic service would be an hour to hour and a 1/2. It was just an oil change! After watching my car be driven out & parked I still sat. After 15 mins of sitting, now running late for my next appointment, I had to ask to be checked out. Then upon getting home, I found my license plate frame that I had purchased had been replaced with a dealership frame without my permission! All around, ball dropped on service this time. More

The service adviser, Dave Ashby, was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The replacement was completed within two hours as promised. My only suggestion would be to provide better shuttle service as I had to wait over an hour and it took another 1/2 hour to get home - I only live 5 minutes away.
