Dave is very observant! I brought my son's 2005 Honda Pilot in to perform the safety recall on airbag. Dave went to get the numbers off the Pilot and asked me to come to the vehicle, he wanted to show me something. On the top of the engine were 'critter prints', most likely mice or rats! My son lives on a ranch, they have chickens and see rats. Also, a friend had rats chew wires in his car and it cost hundreds of dollars to repair. Dave's suggestion was to tie 2 ' Bounce' type fabric softener sheets on hoses (one on each side of the engine) and change them EVERY MONTH. I was very appreciative of the information and passed it on to my son. Don't think it was an April Fool's joke!! Thanks Dave! More

Professional Thorough and Courteous When I called to schedule receptionist was able to schedule me for Saturday since I live 50 miles away and work Mon-Fri. I received an email the same day assuring me after checking with the service manage that they would have a technician available to investigate my "check engine light". I arrived on time at 9am and Ted met me immediately and started the process. He reminded me that there was a recall on my airbag and they could replace the same day...a very pleasant surprise. He advised everything would take 3 hours and I waited. He got back with me in 3 hrs and explained that there was a valve involved in the transmission that need to be replaced. He allowed me to rent a car so that I could run some errands and shortly after I returned my truck was finished. While not inexpensive I thought the charges were fair and reasonable. I was very impressed with Ted's professionalism and will definitely return when my Ridgeline needs service. More

The wait was pleasant with plenty of digital access and I appreciated the large, silent, captioned screen not assaulting my senses. As is the custom, I was offered a shuttle ride home, which I declined due the waiting atmosphere being conducive to conducting business from my laptop. The service clerk also "went the extra mile" to teach me how to reprogram the locks on my car. They had offered to do it for me, but I wanted to be able to do it myself. It is always a good experience doing business with Manly Honda. More
