Even though I'd made my 2:00 appointment online and they weren't expecting to fix three things so late in the day, they accommodated me and put extra personnel on my car to get it all done. While they worked on my car, I met with a sales/service specialist (Sean) who happily showed me new and used cars that I was interested in, taking me for test drives, working on various financing options, and in the end sending me home to think it all through rather than pressuring me to make a snap decision. I actually enjoyed the process and came back three days later to get that new car. I've been telling everyone who asks to go to Manly Honda for great customer service! Oh, and I love my new car!!! Amazing customer service! I brought my Honda in for its first service since I purchased it. I purchased a Zurick warranty with my car and was advised it was fully covered. I re I brought my Honda in for its first service since I purchased it. I purchased a Zurick warranty with my car and was advised it was fully covered. I received the call stating one of the issues with my car it s not covered and was in fact a major cost. Before I even had a chance to panic Santiago the customer service representative helping me had already taken action and advised me Manly would cover this issue fully and provide me the loaner car. I have never had such great customer service. When I left with my car after service I drove the roughly 2 miles home parked in the driveway and went inside. The next morning I realized my car key was broken and not functioning correctly. I reported this issue to Santiago immediately and after a day he called too advise Manly has covered this issue as well. I cannot thank Manly and Santiago enough for all the wonderful customer service and help they have provided me since the purchase of my Honda. I will recommend Manly service center to everyone I know. More

Regular -excellent - service I always have a good experience at Manly Honda. I normally go there for my regular maintenance, and this time it was the usual oil change. I like all I always have a good experience at Manly Honda. I normally go there for my regular maintenance, and this time it was the usual oil change. I like all the things they do at that time, but what I really appreciated was that the recalled visor that I had replaced some years ago was again breaking down. Even though the warranty on the part had expired, they gave me a nice rebate so that the charge wasn't so steep. The shuttle is one reason I can use Manly, everything they do is much appreciated! More
