Well Taken Care Of Showed up for my early appointment to have a recall item checked. Planned to wait. Other service was about due and the agent suggested I get it done r Showed up for my early appointment to have a recall item checked. Planned to wait. Other service was about due and the agent suggested I get it done right then. Said I could not wait that long. He offered to see if they had a courtesy car available. They did and he arranged it for me. Was able to leave car and get to work on time anyway. Planned to return at the end of the day but they finished before lunch and called to let me know it. I decided to return at lunch and pick up my finished vehicle. I was surprised at the offer of a courtesy car, that worked out very well for me. Fast, friendly service and I am happy with it. I will definitely return for the next required service. More

I love these guys, really. But… They're an hour away. (I live in the boonies.) A recall for airbags estimated to be about 45 minutes per bag took 6.5 hours. I set an appointment for 8:00 AM to be one of the first for service. (Remind me never to do that three days after "spring forward." I wasn't out of there until 2:30 or so. Now to be fair, I got a very nice loaner and they vacuumed and washed my car, but really, 6.5 hours? They've spiffed up their facility with two waiting rooms. One with TV, the other with computer desks and charging areas. Comfortable seats, too. And warm. Nice. In the morning, while waiting to be written up, I took a stroll to the showroom to see what was new. Not one of the sales people said hello or even looked up. I mean they keep sending me "you are qualified for an upgrade" propaganda but the sales people can't even say hello? The service guys, however, are great and very helpful. So I wish there was a maybe option rather than just a yes or no. More
