Great customer service but was unable to get the recalled item replaced because Manly could not get the part and still does not know when it will be available. I only have around 35k miles on my car, so I haven’t had to need anything besides maintenance and tires, but I always leave happy and knowing that Eleanor will get me where I need and want to go. I was disappointed that an extended warranty issue ended up costing me $250 (with no repair done) since Manly Honda determined that an AC refrigerant leak wasn’t under the extended warranty. Is it Manlys intention that customers risk large cost just to see if it’s under warranty or not? Also it appears that Manly service damaged the clutch slave cylinder on my car in the AC diagnostics. My clutch suddenly failed and put me in danger. I am assuming it was damaged by Manly service since clutch cylinder bolts were not reinstalled properly and only Manly had serviced the car in the last 2 years (excluding routine oil changes which don’t come near the clutch cylinder). I have had over 7 Hondas but am now considering other makes due to poor service. More
