The dealership is clean and welcoming and the service is impeccable. I was always greeted immediately, offered coffee and snacks, and Shayla was super friendly. Jose was above and beyond in communicating his concern for my car’s issue. When the situation could not initially be resolved, he encouraged me to try again and put his most experienced man on it. Jose even did research to identify others who had a similar situation. Jose never gave up despite the fact that 4 other mechanics had tried unsuccessfully to resolve the problem. Jose took several diagnostic drives with me to replicate the problem and was able to generally identify it and communicate it to his tech with great accuracy. Parts were ordered , installed and we had success! I Can not say enough about the service I received under the wing of Jose Rocha. I waited 4 months for a seatbelt part that was covered by manufacturers warranty. Jordan tried to charge me for it and when the part finnaly did show up I got a call saying it was the wrong one and the righ manufacturers warranty. The lack of attention to detail is disturbing. The time before this my car was returned from your service dept with a splash gaurd open exposing my engine and thus having to come back to get it fixed. The time before that I just needed my tires rotated and said do not change my oil I already did that. You proceeded to change my oil and try and charge me. I have also in the 4 month time of waiting for the wrong part been contacted 50 plus times by your sales dept asking to buy my car. I called her and said stop calling me. She proceeded to not only try and convince me to trade my car in because of the seatbelt but she emailed me another 10 times. I’ve been coming here since 2013 and I just say the quality of service I revive here has gone down dramatically. I will no longer be taking my car here. My girlfriend who also has had her car serviced here has experienced the same kind of situations. We will be taking are business elsewhere. More
Stopped by Manly to see about fixing my AC as it stopped blowing cold air. Spoke with Iman about the possibility of it being covered with my warranty. Brought my car in the following Monday and was Carlos told me it would probably be ready by 4pm the same day. Carlos called me that afternoon and told me they needed to order a part so the car wouldn't be ready until 4pm the next day. Got a call from Carlos around 3:30 that my car was ready. Went back to Manly, turned in the loaner and drove my car home. AC is working beautifully. More

Got a flat tire after I complained about not being able to get a rental car when dropping off my car for an oil change. This wouldn’t have been a big deal except I rescheduled for this exact same reason. He honestly didn’t seem to care that I was frustrated. After 2 1/2 hours later I picked up my car and mysteriously had a giant nail on my tire took it immediately back for repair and still couldn’t get a rental. He told me my warranty would only cover half of my tire! Which is odd because in the past it was fully covered! Apparently you can only get great service if you keep your mouth shut otherwise you get a nail placed on your tire. More
