Exceptional Customer Service!! Two names: Jess and Santiago. They are as good as it gets! Jess is by far the best service adviser I have ever worked with. I have had cars at Two names: Jess and Santiago. They are as good as it gets! Jess is by far the best service adviser I have ever worked with. I have had cars at 6 different dealerships in 3 different states as well as 3 or 4 independent mechanics and Jess tops them all. He is easy to talk with, honest, straightforward and works with you in a way that is humble--not trying to assert his position of power as the one with the information about the issues with your car. You feel empowered working with Jess instead of feeling at his mercy. Santiago (shuttle driver) just has great people skills and is enjoyable to talk with and is a good driver (a nice touch for being a shuttle driver). He is in a key role in the whole operation since he has so much time in person with customers and he represents your dealership really, really well. We currently have a Honda and a Toyota. Working with these guys and your dealership in general it will seriously make me consider getting another Honda when time to replace the Toyota simply because of the experience in the service department. As always, fast, thorough and friendly. I've been a Manly customer for many years and they never fail to do a complete job and and go outside the box. This time, my problem was a slow leak I've been a Manly customer for many years and they never fail to do a complete job and and go outside the box. This time, my problem was a slow leak in a tire and the TPMS light that wouldn't go out. They not only quickly fixed the tire (two nails) but explained how the TPMS system worked and how to reset and calibrate it. The new building is a vast improvement over the old one and so is the coffee machine. I might suggest that a little more creativity be used in picking the snacks. The fresh apples were a great healthy idea, but the other cabinets were empty. I wasn't there very long so it wasn't an issue but I have spent hours before and having a choice of treats would be nice. All in all, a pleasant experience. More

Gave me all the info - answered more questions, got the parts into stock overnight -- and spent extra time helping me get the huge box into my vehicle. I've been TOTALLY impressed with every dept. at Manly -- thanks to Bob B, Patrick, and Mario -- it was such a pleasure dealing with them .... and the directions for installation them gave me - were right on the money (except for one tiny detail) -- the next day the hitch was in. Great communication We have a used 2014 Honda Odyssey that we've owned for about 6 months. It needed to go in for brakes, a problem with the rear hatch, and an oil change We have a used 2014 Honda Odyssey that we've owned for about 6 months. It needed to go in for brakes, a problem with the rear hatch, and an oil change. We were assigned our own dedicated service person, Ted, who did a great job of communicating every step of the process. They fixed the brakes and did the oil change, but needed to order a part for the rear hatch. So we need to take it back, which isn't wonderful, but we feel really good about working with Ted, and about the integrity and professionalism of the Honda service team. Thanks! More
