I was getting my 2001 Civic serviced there on 8/17/13. When I called later in the day, Greg in sales answered the phone. He sold me my civic, brand new and helped me a great deal that day, after a bad experience with another dealership that week. I remembered him not being so pushy that I wanted to flee. He listened to what I wanted and went out of his way to show me the exact vehicle that I was looking for. What impresses me is the fact that he remembered me from 12 years ago! I am glad he's back! When I'm ready to purchase a new car, I will definitely go directly to Greg Eccles! More

Had my pilot towed in after radiator leaked. Still under warranty should be no problem right? Wrong they told before they even looked at it that they will not warranty a rock. Told the service guy that I needed the "correct" s2k oil filter, and they assured me that they would "of course" put it on. Then I got the car back and noticed that it was the incorrect fi "correct" s2k oil filter, and they assured me that they would "of course" put it on. Then I got the car back and noticed that it was the incorrect filter. I called and talked to the parts folks, and they said they had the part, but Honda recommends either filter. I dont buy that, so I think they dont know what they are doing with s2000's there. More
