Took the '24 CRV in for RE-CALL work, and backing up noise( that has existed since new. Prepared to get a loaner-rental for the day). Sat in the waiting room to process this for nearly 2 hours! Time, I noise( that has existed since new. Prepared to get a loaner-rental for the day). Sat in the waiting room to process this for nearly 2 hours! Time, I hadn't expected to spend. By the time I was called to process the rental, my Rep walked over and said " You won't need it, your vehicle is done." Suggest Manly have more than 1 Rental agent working the morning shift. Plus, please streamline the Agent-Customer conversation to completing the transaction only, while several others were also waiting for a rental. She was oblivious to all the folks also waiting for a rental Efficiency is more important than carrying on your personal conversation. Lost 3 hours work, but happy I didn't have to re-fill the gas, drive back to pick up my vehicle, etc. More

The service intake & waiting room was very disorganized with poor communication. I was passed to 4 different employees who got my requests jumbled, causing delays. We are 40 year customers and even 10 year with poor communication. I was passed to 4 different employees who got my requests jumbled, causing delays. We are 40 year customers and even 10 years ago this would not have happened. However, the back room service bay technicians continue to be stellar. We don’t live in the area any more but often return to Manly when our local repair shop cannot figure out a problem on one of our Hondas. More
