I am sorry to hear about your negative experience here at Maple Hill. Unfortunately with the current labor shortage and with the holidays coming up and people planning their travels, our service schedules have become a bit backed up. With that being said, we are doing the best we can and have opened our schedule back up to what it was before. We are scheduling about 2 1/2 weeks out and for that I do apologize. We do try out best to have our customers in and out within an hour for an oil change appointment, but things do fall behind sometimes.
