Dear elguy01: Thank you for sharing your concerns about your recent sales experience with us. We take these matters most seriously as we always strive for excellence during every transaction. Please know that our procedures during the sales process of every previously owned vehicle that we sell include full disclosure of prior use, damages, warranties where applicable, or NO Warranties in the case of vehicles sold “AS-IS”. These disclosures include the use of CarFax, an independently prepared vehicle damage report, the federally mandated FTC “Used Buyers Guide”, the Retail Order Form, as well as an “As-Is” No Warranty Checklist that clearly discloses that the buyer is responsible for all repairs. Our records indicate that the vehicle in question was a 2006 Ford Expedition with 89,657 miles, that the customer bought this vehicle “as is” and signed the appropriate documents that disclosed damages and that the customer was responsible for the cost of any repairs. As an accommodation to the customer, the dealership made repairs, at no cost to the customer, subsequent to the sale of the vehicle. We hope this clarifies that our entire team takes great pride in providing excellent service as well as to treat every customer fairly and with respect. Thank you again for your business, Jen Miller
