Charles Countryman was our dealer and he was very helpful and extremely patient with us as we had our 3 year old and 5 year old in tow for the visit. GOT WHAT I WANTED QUICK AND WITH NO SALES PRESSURE!!! James listened to what I wanted and needed. Found it quickly and delivered without any sales pressure or games!! I was a very long time Lessee with a competing Ford dealership and James won me away within minutes of my first phone call with him. The only trip to the dealership I needed to make or was requested to make (which has not been my experience with other dealerships) was to pick up my new truck and that was the day before the Christmas Holiday weekend - I was quite impressed with the level of service and I couldn't be happier! Everyone, service, sales are extremely helpful and accommodating. My sales rep was Mickey Hendrick. I can't say enough about him. He goes above and beyond from the sales to the reception of the vehicle. He will work with you to make sure you get the best price. He is friendly and extremely professional. My landlord bought his truck from Mickey and also commented he wouldn't deal with anyone else. My daughter bought a car and I have now purchased 2 cars with Mickey as our sales rep.
