Great customer service! I went to a few dealerships looking to purchase an all wheel drive car. I had an idea of what I wanted and Charles was very helpful in finding the car I went to a few dealerships looking to purchase an all wheel drive car. I had an idea of what I wanted and Charles was very helpful in finding the car and letting me test drive it. He was very busy that day but he still was able to help everyone so no one was waiting around. He also was very helpful when I called him to ask a question and knew exactly who I was. Charles Countryman was our dealer and he was very helpful and extremely patient with us as we had our 3 year old and 5 year old in tow for the visit. GOT WHAT I WANTED QUICK AND WITH NO SALES PRESSURE!!! James listened to what I wanted and needed. Found it quickly and delivered without any sales pressure or games!! I was a very long time Lessee with a competing Ford dealership and James won me away within minutes of my first phone call with him. The only trip to the dealership I needed to make or was requested to make (which has not been my experience with other dealerships) was to pick up my new truck and that was the day before the Christmas Holiday weekend - I was quite impressed with the level of service and I couldn't be happier! This was my first experience with Maplecrest and it will not be my last!! More
