Quick and efficient buying experience I was looking to buy a new Tundra Platinum that was hard to find in the Twin Cities. It was listed online as in stock at Maplewood Toyota. I walked in I was looking to buy a new Tundra Platinum that was hard to find in the Twin Cities. It was listed online as in stock at Maplewood Toyota. I walked in, was greeted by my salesperson, Doug F., told him what truck I wanted, and the transaction was done in less than 90 minutes (including him retrieving the truck from across the street in subzero cold). They even gave me a free full tank of gas (38 gallons!) More

Honest Service Dept. I just want to thank Tom and Chue in the service department. I have never been so impressed with a service center in my life. I went in with my husban I just want to thank Tom and Chue in the service department. I have never been so impressed with a service center in my life. I went in with my husbands car because he insisted it needed new tires. I arrived and Tom and Chue both advised that out tires did not need to be replaced and even talked to my husband on the phone. They said they would be happy to put new tires on but really felt it wasn't necessary. I don't remember the last time a service center turned down work. I truly love the honesty and appreciate that they weren't out to make a buck and truly are watching out for the customers best interest. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
