Having made an appointment, I was dismayed to see the long line of cars ahead of me, but when I inquired about why I should bother making an appointment, I learned that I would be serviced ahead of "drive-ins". As always, great service! You just cross the door, and you are welcomed by someone who will ask you about your needs. Then, the process goes smoothly and easy.
