Routine service I made an appointment for a routine oil change. After which I discovered it was my granddaughter's last softball game of the season so I wanted to ge I made an appointment for a routine oil change. After which I discovered it was my granddaughter's last softball game of the season so I wanted to get keep my appointment, but get out quickly. I came in early to help "grease the skids". When the service department came to review with me the status of my vehicle and a suggested routine part replacement, I told him I would come back for that as I was in a hurry to leave. They got my car's service completed, run through the car wash and I was on the way to the game in record time. I drive out of my way to maintain my service at Maplewood. Not only were they great to deal with when I bought my car, the service deparment is stellar! More

I complained saying all these people who came later and did not make an appointment did not have to wait as long. What is up with that? More

First-rate cumstomer service I usually try to cajole my son into taking my car in for service because I can't stand most car shops. Toyota left me pleasantly surprised. Fast honest service. Brought my car in to have the rear differential seals replaced and asked them to look at the serpentine belt and replace if needed. When they were done the seals were replaced and they told my the belt and there other checks looked good. Im my experience most shops would find something else that must by fixed even though it might really not need it, again my experience, Good, fast, honest work. More
