Great service! Friday afternoon: After AAA gave my dead battery a boost, I took my car to Maplewood Toyota to drop my car off for a battery replacement. I was told o Friday afternoon: After AAA gave my dead battery a boost, I took my car to Maplewood Toyota to drop my car off for a battery replacement. I was told on the phone that they wouldn’t be able to get to it until Monday. I left my car out in the lot and went into the service area to drop off my keys. I told a young man sitting near the door why I was there and he said that he would check to see if they could get me in. They were very responsive and said it would be done in about an hour or so. By the time we finished lunch nearby, I received a call from a customer service representative saying it was ready to be picked up. They all helped to make what could have been a very inconvenient few days without a car to another great experience at Maplewood Toyota. More

Great Service Brought my 2010 Corolla in at 10:00 in the morning with a loud engine noise. They ran a diagnostic test on it and found out it was the water pump. Changed license plate I was unable to remove my old license plate because the screws were completely rusted. I called Service at Maplewood Toyota and the service representa I was unable to remove my old license plate because the screws were completely rusted. I called Service at Maplewood Toyota and the service representative told me I could bring it in right away. They removed and replaced my license plates and even washed my car! I was relieved since I had to install the new plates by the end of March. I'm sorry that I don't remember the name of the service representative. More
