They walked us through steps to safely jump start the car and we were on our way in minutes - to pick up a new starter battery at Maplewood Toyota and have them install it. Great quick service. Great Customer Service I had a scheduled appointment. Got in right away and waiting time was less than I was quoted on the phone. When service rep noticed tech had not put I had a scheduled appointment. Got in right away and waiting time was less than I was quoted on the phone. When service rep noticed tech had not put my car through car wash but indicated he had on paperwork, the service rep immediately apologized and took care of it. Sometimes things go wrong and this when it is an opportunity for great customer service which I received. More

Replace battery and rear brake Job AAA unable to start car so it had to be towed to Maplewood. Battery was under warranty about three years and rear brakes needed to be done at the nex AAA unable to start car so it had to be towed to Maplewood. Battery was under warranty about three years and rear brakes needed to be done at the next time the car came in for service. Nate diagnose the problem and provided a new battery. He also arranged for the rear brake job or without me having to come to Maplewood as I was laid up with a bad leg. In addition I was able to pay over the phone a nice touch. More
