I wish I could write a good review about this dealership, but I honestly can't. My girlfriend and I found a 23 Nissan frontier at this dealership and have been in contact with them over the last couple weeks but I honestly can't. My girlfriend and I found a 23 Nissan frontier at this dealership and have been in contact with them over the last couple weeks. This dealership is 6 hours away from us but they had the exact truck she's been looking for in stock, so she reached out to them. As it was so far away, it took us almost two weeks to be able to make the trip down, but they were aware she was going to buy the truck, had been in contact with her 4 separate times over the two weeks in between hearing from her the first time and is making the trip down. Each time asking if she was still interested in buying the truck and each time she said yes, we would be down and she would purchase the truck. The last time they called to make sure, we were literally driving down to the dealership. Remember this is 6 hours away from our home. When we finally reached Marc motors Nissan the salesman informed us that they had just sold the truck we were driving down to see the night before. Personally, I think this is very poor costumer service and extremely rude and unprofessional of the dealership. Even tho the salesman did everything he could to get my girlfriend in a truck she liked, the only other option was over 6k more and out of her budget. It would have been one thing if there was no contact between the dealership and my girlfriend, or if she had said she was unsure about making the 6 hour trip down to buy the truck... But that's not the case. 4 separate times the dealership reached out, and 4 separate times they were told yes, we are driving down to buy the truck. The "icing on the cake" or lack there of I should say, is the fact that they called and spoke to her while we were driving down. Nothing was mentioned about the truck being sold. The last information we were given was that it was available and no one had even showed interest in it. Even though the salesman, who honestly tried to go above and beyond, has told us he is going to do everything he can to find a truck just like the one we went down to buy, the whole experience has left both of the mindset that unless they're willing to give her an unbelievable deal, we will not be doing any business at Marc motors Nissan again. If this is how Nissan dealers in general act, we will go with a different brand completely and not even try to purchase a Nissan ever again More

I didn’t even realize it was in there. Huge thank you to them. It’s good to know they pay such good attention to detail.
