The dealership is has great customer service but I needed to replace a broken window (passenger side) and the collision center told me it’d take a two days to get that window replaced and tinted. They didn’t to replace a broken window (passenger side) and the collision center told me it’d take a two days to get that window replaced and tinted. They didn’t give me any update so I had to call every single time after the two days period and chase them to get my car. They replaced the window but didn’t get it tinted because the tinting service which is across the street was closed that Wednesday. So I have to reschedule another time just to get my window tinted. Why tell me it’d take two days for the whole thing More
