I usually have good experience with Toyota but not at this particular location. They normally explain what they did and what my car’s condition is (if there is anything wrong). I went for a full package appointment, and the form is showing that they have filled coolant and wind shield washer. None of them were filled, the agent filled the wind shield washer upon request (thank you!). They are also supposed to change the oil and a bunch of other things but I am not sure if they actually did what they said they would. More
