My husband and I attended a Braves/Ranger game last night in GA, and on out way back to TN this morning, our truck started acting up. We stopped at the Marrietta Toyota Service Dept., and Steve Hanna, Servic in GA, and on out way back to TN this morning, our truck started acting up. We stopped at the Marrietta Toyota Service Dept., and Steve Hanna, Service Advisor, had our truck looked at, got us taken care of and on our way within an hour, 1 1/2. He was so very helpful, polite, courteous and friendly! We even received a military discount! Thank you so much Steve!!! We sure were stressing!! I sure hope Service Departments in TN take care of travelers as you took care of us!!! A great shout out to Steve Hanna!!!! More
Everything went decently. However, I believe I waited too long for a factory maintenance. I had an appointment at 3pm and did not receive my car until 2 hours later at 5. I can’t help but believe that my car service was forgotten until I finally asked about when my car would be ready, which only then after 25 mins my car was ready. More

The experience is lacking-- every time I've driven up to the service center, it has taken multiple minutes to even catch an employee's eye. There is no acknowledgement of a customer's arrival.... I don't expect a Moe's greeting, but given it has been Every.Single.Time. it shows a shocking lack of customer awareness or appreciation. I feel taken advantage of, since I am locked into using the service center. When I've asked questions about a coverage policy, I've been bounced around from person to person to person without a clear answer... and when I have gotten answers, most of the time they have been incorrect in some way. Shows a lack of education for the employees that is untenable, in my opinion. More
I usually have good experience with Toyota but not at this particular location. They normally explain what they did and what my car’s condition is (if there is anything wrong). I went for a full package this particular location. They normally explain what they did and what my car’s condition is (if there is anything wrong). I went for a full package appointment, and the form is showing that they have filled coolant and wind shield washer. None of them were filled, the agent filled the wind shield washer upon request (thank you!). They are also supposed to change the oil and a bunch of other things but I am not sure if they actually did what they said they would. More
Your service was xxxx. ..you left the oil cap off and made the oil spill after I drove without it and even after y'all had the car for four days....you still didn't get it r ..you left the oil cap off and made the oil spill after I drove without it and even after y'all had the car for four days....you still didn't get it right...there is oil all over the engine bay that I can touch and to make it even worse you made the same person who worked on my car work on it again and still couldn't clean up the engine bay and everything in it .......everything in that engine bay is full of oil and you didn't even try......planning on giving you a good review on google and yelp and after that I guess call a lawyer for your negligence since you can't even get me to a manager to express my disappointment and displeasure with your services ......
