I had a 2 o'clock appointment, but when I got there they said it was busy and the 2 o'clock appointment is only for check-in time not actual service time. After an hour of waiting I went to check in and the said it was busy and the 2 o'clock appointment is only for check-in time not actual service time. After an hour of waiting I went to check in and they somehow forgot my car. It took almost 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Also my tools and test equipment was all over the floor, clearly they were accelerating and slamming on the breaks because the test equipment is pretty heavy and doesn't move easily. This was really bad service and the people there don't care, which gives you the sense that that's how it always is there. More
