Luis Carrillo, has been a pleasure to work with and he has been very transparent. However, my experience with the Ford Explorer has not been! With the number of recalls and the issues I have had with wit has been very transparent. However, my experience with the Ford Explorer has not been! With the number of recalls and the issues I have had with with the automated TPS, all 4 pressure sensors have been replaced as well as a rear drivers side privacy screen and then the interior roof-liner came undone/loose. It has been frustrating to say the least! More
