Quickly after we purchased the car, we discovered it had undercarriage damage, and it took four months to get our car back from the dealership. We were very disappointed in the service departments response and timeliness. We were getting ready for a lemon law claim and the top it off knowing all this they did very little to make up for this blatant problem. More

My car was brought in on a recall, which took 3 months to get my car back. This was ok because I was given a loaner car, but when I got my car back, it rattled and ran rough. I had been assured it had been driven, "puts some good miles on it, checked out beautifully.": Lifted the hood to see missing bolts holding my engine cover plate in place, back to the shop it went. I still do not feel safe driving this car on long distances. If you could forget the remaining bolts, what else did you forget to do? The second time my car was in the shop was only hours it was there, but again assured it had been taken apart and put back together, and ran perfectly. I was also told that replacing the fob battery would be done (it was not. My daughter (Sara Seidler and ex-husband Joh Seidler have bought many cars from Marin Fod. I was considering upgrading, but now I am not sure at all. Thoroughly disappointed in my experience. Max was the only bright light. He was courteous and kind. More
