Came in for a lease turn in and get another one. Worked with Jeremy who was filling in for my regular salesman Glenn and was excellent. The service advisor Luis is very good. He has been responsive and professional. However, the quality of the mechanical work has been very low quality. I have two 2020 Raptors. While n He has been responsive and professional. However, the quality of the mechanical work has been very low quality. I have two 2020 Raptors. While not every time, I have had several instances of the service level being very low quality. The last oil change, there was oil all over the skid plate. In the prior service, they left numerous bolts either missing or loose. My most recent service the truck was there for over a month, trying to repair a faulty sensor for cruise control. At the end of the day, it turned out the mechanic was programming it incorrectly for several weeks before they figured it out. Again, Luis is extremely good and professional and I don’t blame him. However it does not feel like the mechanics really care about doing quality work. More
