Over the years, I’ve worked with many dealerships—but none compare to this one. Not only did they offer me a great price on my car, they also went above and beyond to accommodate several special requests, including switching out snow tires for all-season ones and addressing battery concerns. Every time I visit, Louis, the service manager, greets me with warmth and provides exceptional customer service—the best I’ve encountered. The kind gentleman in the parts department even replaced my battery at no charge and generously gave me an extension for the back seat, again free of charge. If you’re looking for a dealership where your car will be serviced quickly, with quality parts, honesty, and a smile, look no further. The absolute worst experience at a dealership ever. I had an appointment at 8:30am on a Tuesday and need my van back on Wednesday at the latest. I received a call Tuesday afternoon saying they needed i I had an appointment at 8:30am on a Tuesday and need my van back on Wednesday at the latest. I received a call Tuesday afternoon saying they needed it until Wednesday. Around 4:30 on Wednesday I receive no calls so I called the dealership to check status and let them know I need the van back before closing and the service writer Sean told me he was going to check status and never calls me back. I called again at 5 to tell them to wrap it up I’m picking up the van. When I arrive they have it ready out front. I asked Sean is there a reason why the van was not touched and he continued to mention how busy they were. Why did you give me an appointment if you knew you were going to be that busy? I rely on this van to make a living and it was out of service for 2 days! I literally went to a mechanic prior and they told me why the check engine light was on in 1 hour. They were nice enough to tell me that it should be covered under the emissions warranty. Marin County Ford told me there was no emissions warranty. I will never return to this dealership what a joke!! I scheduled an appointment with Hansel Ford in Petaluma, they picked the van from my house updating me throughout the entire process, repaired the evap purge valve under warranty and the van is being delivered back to my house now. Now THAT IS SERVICE!! Marin Court Ford we know you don’t care you show it but there is a lesson to be learned here. More

I took my car in because the rear view mirror has stopped working most of the time. I dropped it off at 7:30 am and got a call at 9:30 am telling me that the rear view mirror was working. I said it only wor working most of the time. I dropped it off at 7:30 am and got a call at 9:30 am telling me that the rear view mirror was working. I said it only works part of the time. 3 hours went by and I hadn't heard anything so i called and left a message. 2 hours later I called again and was told the person who was helping me was on the other line. Finally at 4 I got ahold of him and he said the camera was still working. When I went to pick it up, I explained AGAIN that it only works part of the time. He said he would call me with an estimate to replace it. That was the 23rd. It's now the 28th and I haven't heard anything. I do want to add that the woman who answers the phone was always very nice.
