The only reason I'm not giving a five star is because when dealing with the finance manager (the interest rate and terms changed slightly) from what I was originally told. This started as a nightmare, Vince tried to fix it and we thought it was okay, and now two days later I was right to be unhappy. We were misled about the vehicle features and trade in our vehicles by Aaron a thought it was okay, and now two days later I was right to be unhappy. We searched for a few months for the perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee. As this was our third one, we knew exactly what we wanted. I finally found the right one at Marion CJDR - 3.5 hours away from home. I su Cherokee. As this was our third one, we knew exactly what we wanted. I finally found the right one at Marion CJDR - 3.5 hours away from home. I submitted an inquiry late at night and Tim Kirkland called me first thing the next morning. From that first call, the communication and service were OUTSTANDING. I am sorry I can only give 5 stars! He sent video of the car, answered every question promptly, valued my trade virtually (and with a much better offer than local-to-me dealerships) - and had numbers ready for me to review that same day. I committed and we scheduled a trip to go pick up the next day. When we arrived, Tim had the car gassed and ready to go. We signed the paperwork that I had already reviewed, he gave me a thorough tutorial of all the bells and whistles and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we were on our way. This BY FAR, was my best car buying experience ever! And for that, even though they are 3.5 hours away, they will have my future business as well. Kudos again to Tim and a shout out to Judah and to Josh, who were also extremely friendly and helpful. I should also note that they did not try to add anything I did not want, did not upcharge, no pressure to add extras by the finance team, etc. The number I got was THE number I paid. Every other dealer I talked to had hidden fees that just turned me away. These guys are upfront and honest. Check them out! More
