The issue I had with my 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 with Etorque - Pcooper
The issue I had with my 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 with Etorque engine was not directly related to Boone Dodge but rather Dodge Ram itself, Dennis Hartley was great in keeping me upated on the warranty/part order for an over 5000 part backorder on Ram's part. I was originally told it would be 3-5 months but was actually 2 months without my truck. Dennis kept me informed during the whole process of trying secure the part needed for the engine. Great Service!!

Called on September the 5th 2025 (called on three different occasions even left a voicemail on one of them) they didn't return my call had some questions about my vehicle about safety of driving to the facility for a faulty transmission. As of now I'm still waiting on them to call. This is not the first instance I've ran into with this facility. They have the stigma I believe that once the vehicle is off the light the customer is no longer valid. It's really sad that a Dodge dealership in this day and time would not even return a voicemail I did leave the phone number. But as of yet I have not heard anything from them I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere yet this is the closest place to my home again I may have a faulty transmission and it may be safe to drive I'm not sure I was wanting to talk to a technician about the issue I would even give him $20 if they would just call me but it is later on on a Friday afternoon so I guess they stop off early once again it's really sad I do not recommend.. !!!

Wagoneers are dented on rear hatch 2023/2024! MFG DEFECT! Beware!! Do not buy! Jeep not standing behind defect. Expect customers to accept defective product! $80k for defective dents! Legal is involved. Jeep needs to issue national recall per 4 different dealers! Owners/Jeep rep make fun of buyer in back office! Have recording! Have not once reached out to customer to try and fix issue! They will not stand behind product! MFG OR OWNER! RUN!!!

We worked with James the sales manager and Ryan our salesman. They were able to work with us on payments so we can get a car. Our last car was totaled in a not at fault wreck a few weeks ago. They were nice and are even looking at our Jeep to see why the Auto Start/Stop isn’t working. They so far are taking care of our needs and trying to keep a customer for life.

Excellent service and super good techs. They took care of our Jeeps for 6 years and some. Unfortunately, due to the Economic Times, they closed down the business at the end of April 2025. I have personally confirmed this by talking to the owner Tommy Buchanan. The family started this business in the 1950's as a Chrysler dealership. Such a very sad loss for the local business environment and the town.
