I intended to have a regular, scheduled maintenance performed including tire rotation but didn’t specifically ask for that. So the tires weren’t rotated and it wasn’t washed as I expected. I have used this dealership for maintenance since late 2020 on my Buick Enclave, tried a some more convenient locations a few times and have not liked a single experience.
