The team at Mark Allen Buick GMC are great to work with. We found ourselves needing a vehicle, because our car was in shop in need of a new engine. Been using dealership for all service for many years. Great experience for many years. Lately not good. Most recently got oil change, tech messed up plug, or plug was bad and tech didn't mention it, caus Great experience for many years. Lately not good. Most recently got oil change, tech messed up plug, or plug was bad and tech didn't mention it, causing an oil leak. Had to return to dealership for replacement, which was done at no charge aside from 128-mile, two-hour round trip. Different issue, there's an active code (check engine) light. Advisor states ""POSSIBLE" bad sensor but we don't know which one, so we'll just have to start changing them until code clears." Parts and labor at my expense. With all the available test equipment and technology, this is not how we should diagnose and make repairs. More
