Nick was very informative when I arrived at 7:20 AM. However, I always feel a bit leary when they cannot give me a "differntial diagnosis" for my problem. I did like that the texts sent were helpful and phone calls were prompt to tell me first what the problem turned out to be and when the car was ready for pick up. The only thing is the cost of everything...probably to be expected at a dealership. I wish I could have worked at their hourly rate and then because I used a credit card, a 2% charge was attached that I was not made aware of at the time when I paid. More
