When Doug was there he prices me changing plugs and wires and clean emission system . They would Run cleaner throught the motor When doing plugs and wires. I called after deiving my tahoe Which i hardly and clean emission system . They would Run cleaner throught the motor When doing plugs and wires. I called after deiving my tahoe Which i hardly do it runs Rough still. I called back in and They said they don’t clean the wmission sytem when tuning up . Not really happy. They do great oil changes but not to aure On repairs. Would like to buy a new truck but not 100% sure on services other than oil changes. Thanks Eric Allen More

Nick was very informative when I arrived at 7:20 AM. However, I always feel a bit leary when they cannot give me a "differntial diagnosis" for my problem. I did like that the texts sent were helpful an However, I always feel a bit leary when they cannot give me a "differntial diagnosis" for my problem. I did like that the texts sent were helpful and phone calls were prompt to tell me first what the problem turned out to be and when the car was ready for pick up. The only thing is the cost of everything...probably to be expected at a dealership. I wish I could have worked at their hourly rate and then because I used a credit card, a 2% charge was attached that I was not made aware of at the time when I paid. More
