I made my appointment directly over the phone with service desk. MA Service did not have my appointment on record. Service tech gave a poor excuse for why brake pads squeak. A known problem with semi- service desk. MA Service did not have my appointment on record. Service tech gave a poor excuse for why brake pads squeak. A known problem with semi-metalic brake pads is a poor excuse for continuing to support said squeaky pads. I spent a lot of money on the car and in less than 1 year the brakes are squeaking with just over 21,000 miles. I sold my 2011 Honda Accord after buying this Buick. It had over 200,000 and never had a squeaky brake. I have a 2014 Dodge Journey with over 168,000 miles and the brakes don't squeak. More

Took care of all the problems with my truck. Would of been nice to get a call when the truck was done. Dropped it off for an 8am appointment and at 1pm called them to find out it was done.
