We appreciate your feedback, although we respectfully disagree with several of the statements in your review. Before the sale, the vehicle underwent our inspection and met our standards for a used vehicle. The vehicle was also available for you and your husband to inspect prior to purchase, and it was purchased as-is. After the sale, you informed us that another shop recommended replacing the tires. While we respect that another business may have a different opinion, our inspection did not find the tires to be unsafe or in need of immediate replacement at the time of sale. We understand that buying a used vehicle can be stressful, and we're sorry that you were dissatisfied with your experience. We wish you the best moving forward.
