Problem still exists after being in the service department 4 different times and each time they do the same thing. Even finally went to talk to service manager because he would answer his phone or department 4 different times and each time they do the same thing. Even finally went to talk to service manager because he would answer his phone or return messages. They stated they did 130 updates to my CarPlay and first drive after service updated CarPlay dropped my phone again More

I don't recall the finance man going through every line with me to explain that I was going from a $23,000 car to a $30,000 car by the time all of the gap insurance and warranty stuff was added on. I might've said, hold on let's see what we can do to change that. More
