Michael has been service advisor that last few times I have brought my truck in for servicing. In a few words - he is awesome, and here are the reasons. He always tries to give me the best deal possible have brought my truck in for servicing. In a few words - he is awesome, and here are the reasons. He always tries to give me the best deal possible; whether its a military discount or just helping me with an extra 'bit'. Second, he doesnt xxxxxxxx me on the cause / effect. Tells me straight and let's me process the information. Third, he always makes a bad situation right. The last couple service calls, I have been given my keys and told my truck is 'just outside'. Nope. My truck isn't anywhere near 'just outside'! I go to Michael and he always finds it. The negative, there used to be a time when my vehicles were run through a quick wash and back to me cleaner than when I left it. The last couple times...my truck has been dirtier than I left it and the inside has the tell-tale signs of a technician in and out. Footprints and mystery marks that were not there when I left it. So, why is my truck dirtier than when I dropped it off? I have no idea but it is starting to bother me. Michael is the one saving grace.
