Purchased a new car & also had an oil change done on another vehicle. Both visits were a pleasant experience. Our salesman Chris was wonderful! Very helpful in going over the different vehicles with us another vehicle. Both visits were a pleasant experience. Our salesman Chris was wonderful! Very helpful in going over the different vehicles with us, & so patient waiting for us to decide what we wanted to do. After the purchase he made sure we knew he would be available to us if we had questions later. So nice! Don’t remember the name of the gentleman who did financial paperwork but he was super! Very personable & friendly, & everything went so smoothly. Didn’t spend as much time with the Service Dept. on the oil change of our other car but everyone has been very friendly & nice! Jeff was my advisor, he got me right in and greeted me as I pulled up. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. I was in for an oil change with appointment, I was in and out in about 15 minutes! Problem still exists after being in the service department 4 different times and each time they do the same thing. Even finally went to talk to service manager because he would answer his phone or department 4 different times and each time they do the same thing.
