Mr. and Mrs. Angel, your vehicle was not left here for two weeks, not even one full day. You've owned this vehicle for almost a year now, driven over 20,000 miles and this is the first issue we know of.   We tried to do everything we could to help you. You showed up unannounced without an appointment demanding we fix your Equinox right now or provide a loaner for you to take out of state to Tennessee. Though we were unable to provide you with a loaner, not just becuase you was going out of state but because we did not have any available at the time. We still tried to accommodate you.  We gave you two different numbers for your warranty company so they could help you with a rental vehicle because they offer rental car reimbursement (if you decided to leave it with us, which you did not). We did all troubleshooting measures we could with who we had available. Our GM got involved and personally tried to repair the screen himself. We could not get it fully fixed, but he found out you could still use the radio and change what you needed by using the steering wheel controls for the time being.  In the end, it was determined you needed a new screen or radio. We rush ordered the parts while you were out of state, in the vehicle. Yet again, when you got back from out of state, you showed up here without confirming anything with us or speaking to us first so we could make sure a technician was available to help.  You dropped off the vehicle here and stated, "You need to have my vehicle fixed or a loaner by the end of the day". You were also upset because we did not know if the part we ordered would fully fix the issue, due to never getting the chance to fully diagnose the vehicle.  We actually fixed the vehicle about an hour after you dropped it off, yet you still acted upset after picking it up and now we get a one-star review? For what? Doing everything we could to help you? For fixing it quicker than we initially stated?   We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused but vehicles can have issues, that is why the manufacturer provides a factory warranty, just in case something goes wrong.  You have mentioned a buyback a few times now, and this one minor issue in almost a year doesn't equate to that, nor is this the way to go about it.   We hope you recall all of this and consider this one-star review, its impact to a company, and remove or change it. A one-star review means not one single person was nice, not one person tried to help you and all around it was a horrible experience and we both know, that is not true by any means. For some reason, the people we try hardest to help are the ones we cannot make happy no matter what we do.
