Personnel was polite/somewhat short; however, problem was not resolved. I don't feel either was intentionally rude, but I did not feel satisfied with end result. I was led to believe that the issue was relat not resolved. I don't feel either was intentionally rude, but I did not feel satisfied with end result. I was led to believe that the issue was related to my recall, as did the message on the screen of my car after the service. I'm sure you will get a different version, but I am being honest. The screen monitor on my car said that the dealership did not reset my radio properly. More
