Disappointing GMC experience. Appointment was made for 9 am to complete oil change and AC service checkup. I waited at dealership . Advisor Ray P. did not update me and did not complete job until 5 pm. C am to complete oil change and AC service checkup. I waited at dealership . Appointment had no priority to other customers that checked in after my time. Dealership schedule overbooked. Advisor is not customer focused on his customers to ensure a good experience. Advisor easily distracted or avoiding contact with customer. Advisor not helpful. Did not present or go over multipoint inspection.
