Not impressed I have tried my best to give this service center the benefit of the doubt, but honestly, I seemed to receive better treatment at a local Toyota dealer I have tried my best to give this service center the benefit of the doubt, but honestly, I seemed to receive better treatment at a local Toyota dealership. I went in for an oil change and requested a new cabin filter, which according to the service manual, is replaced when needed. I told them my cabin filter was starting to smell on my 19 month old car, but was declined because my mileage did not justify this. I'd like to know if this is the dealer pinching pennies on my $55,000 SUV, or the serviced manual is providing false information? More

Martin did his best to keep us calm while we didn’t care for the responses that we were getting from the manager aka insulting us with a very lowball price for a trade in Arcadia Denali that was in perfect shape no scratches no debts very clean. Being professionals and purchasing multiple cars we came in with a fair deal and we expected a fair deal. Had we not been dealing with Martin we may not have gotten to the end result of purchasing a 2019 Terrain and 2019 Bolt. The Terrain was a fair price the bolt we could a got cheaper somewhere else but for convenience and wanting to give Martin the business we made the decision to purchase from Martin Chevrolet. Martin A1 Salesmen. My only suggestion is for you to have a finance decision maker that can deal with people like us that are professionals well-established credit or the finance where are they that just wants to buy a car at a fair price. I would’ve walked out and did walk out but would not have came back had it not been for Martin.
