My wife and I came to your dealership only because of the nearest to our home. We came with the intention of looking only at the XTS model of the Cadillac. Our plan was to move next to look at the E-series nearest to our home. We came with the intention of looking only at the XTS model of the Cadillac. Our plan was to move next to look at the E-series MBZ. We entered the sales floor and to our surprise we were the only ones there except for Sam busy at a nearby computer. We asked a few basic questions, Sam stopped what he was doing to assist us. He showed us both the 2013 and 2014 models, due to the incentives offered on the 2013 we chose it because of all the options color and everything met our needs. We still wanted to compare the MBZ, sam showed us a comparison chart from consumer reports which satisfied our intrest in looking further. Absolutely wonderful experience at Mark Christopher Auto Center!!! I had been interested in the Cadillac CTS-V Coupe for quite some time. Over the last year and a half, I have gone to at least five dealers Center!!! I had been interested in the Cadillac CTS-V Coupe for quite some time. Over the last year and a half, I have gone to at least five dealerships in the area to get an idea of the kinds of deals I can expect at different times of the year (tedious, but worth it). My experience at various dealerships have ranged from below average to excellent. The excellent would be Mark Christopher! After building my desired vehicle on Cadillac dot com, I found my vehicle at a couple of dealerships, but Mark Christopher was the only one with an online agent that would set you up with an appointment with a salesman. When I arrived, the gentleman I was supposed to meet with was not there, but another gentleman Gerald Waters was. He was respectful and personable from the beginning. After speaking with him for a bit, I think he could sense how serious I was about the V, and allowed me to take it for a test drive. [Another local dealership apparently has a no test drive policy for anyone that doesn't fit a certain "demographic" as two different salesman at Marti... (oops) exclaimed] I informed him that I would be ready to purchase in November and we would talk more about my options at that time. He set me up with a quote for my vehicle and sent me on my way. During the next month, Mr. Waters followed up with me, but didn't hassle me the way many car salesmen can. When it was time for me to make the purchase, he went over my options with me, and informed me about the excellent Black Friday deals , and I took advantage. I am now the happy owner of a 2014 Cadillac CTS-V coupe. I WILL be returning to Mark Christopher Auto Center next year to purchase a 2015 Cadillac SRX for my wife, but only if Gerald is my salesman. If anyone out there wants to purchase a car, not get taken advantage of or be mistreated, then go to Mark Christopher and ask for Gerald! More
