The lack of communication after drop off of my vehicle was disappointing and why i gave a lower score. My car was dropped at 8;15am and there was zero updates or communication until I reached out after 3p was disappointing and why i gave a lower score. My car was dropped at 8;15am and there was zero updates or communication until I reached out after 3pm. From there it was great and my car was handled well. A little can go a long way in keeping customer informed I will try again for my service when needed and hope this improves. Thank you. More

Very bad service on my car. My third time taking it for leaking water into the cabin, I explain and they keep my car for about 3 days (no loaner) and assure me it’s fixed and th My third time taking it for leaking water into the cabin, I explain and they keep my car for about 3 days (no loaner) and assure me it’s fixed and then it rains and leaks again. There’s also the issue of no rentals..ever. THEY NEVER AMSWER THE PHONE. I’ve tried to make appointments for services and they don’t answer the phone so I have to go in person and leave my car and again with no accommodations for me to get home. I’ve tried to be patient but they can never accommodate. I took it in for the fourth time hopefully this time it’s fixed but I doubt it. I will be looking for a new dealership. More
I made an appointment and my car sat there for over an hour where I parked it. Not until the service manager came by and he checked in on it was it worked on. Over 3 hours for an oil change. I never waite hour where I parked it. Not until the service manager came by and he checked in on it was it worked on. Over 3 hours for an oil change. I never waited that long when my prior cars were serviced with a free tire rotation and car wash. My window was not looked at said due to weather. I don’t have the time to wait another 3 hours. More
