Worst experience with Chevy dealership ever! Made an appointment a week in advance to have my car looked at, appointment time was 9:40am I arrived on time in the rain with my 3yr old son! The guy came to my car an said sign here not even disclosing the 195$ charge to just tell me what was wrong with my car ( thankfully I read everything) I asked would it take long since I had to go to work and he said yes an just walked away, without offering a courtesy car or ride!! Clearly knowing I had a child as well as the fact it was raining!! I then had left via Lyft that I had to get myself!! I later call at 4:08 to see what was going on with my car and they tell me that it hasn’t even been looked at yet and they might get to it tomorrow!! I have worked in corporate over 13 years an I would never want any of my employees to treat at guest like I was treated I am beyond disappointed an disgusted by the service I got I will be reaching out to corporate! And to top things off I still don’t know what’s wrong with my car because I had to pick it up so I could take my kids to and from school, because in order for me to get a courtesy car they said the manager who wasn’t available would need to approve it! More

Avo is a professional and I will not deal with anyone else. I really felt like he cared about my issue and had exceptional follow up. With that said, I will not use Mt. View anymore.
