As a long time customer of Mark Christopher Chevrolet, I am completely dissatisfied with my last service and the way I have been treated since. I was charged an extra $150 on my bill without my authorizatio am completely dissatisfied with my last service and the way I have been treated since. I was charged an extra $150 on my bill without my authorization. When I gave negative reviews, the dealership contacted me and asked that I contact them. I have sent numerous messages to Jeff Rizzi and he refuses to contact me. Very unhappy with this dealership and how they treat their long time customers. More
