My RV was towed there by AAA as it broke down and they were the only one that was close that works on RV’s. Nobu was great at keeping me informed every step of the way. The downside was just waiting on parts as they didn’t have the parts needed to work on my FV so parts had to be ordered. It took about 6 weeks from diagnosing to completing repair. Was towed there on 9/7/22 and picked up on 10/31/22. When I went to pick up, I noticed the fuel gauge was not working and I had to wait about four hours for them to find the issue and repair it. It was the wires were crossed they put it back together after replacing the fuel pump. A mistake that their mechanic didn’t realize he had crossed the wires. Hopefully next time they work on someone else vehicle in regards to fuel pump or tank they make sure gauge is working. Overall a good experience not a great one, but also not a bad one. More
