I was there for 3 repairs. Uplifting rear bumper took 4 days. Plastic part fell off from one of the seats and it broken. You guys just pull the same part back on and it fall again off 2 days later. Dome light is flashing. Didn’t get replaced due to “ couldn’t find the part”. This is how GM CPO warranty was treated. Check in was ok. I had an 8am appt, but told the clerk i would drop off thinking it should only be a few hours since I had an appt. and also because the website offer I had an 8am appt, but told the clerk i would drop off thinking it should only be a few hours since I had an appt. and also because the website offered shuttle service. When I was done checking in, I found out shuttle wasnt offered anymore. I indicated on my online appt submission and let the clerk know that the brakes were making noise and needed lube per GM. 3pm rolled around and still hadnt received a call yet, so I went back to find out how much longer. The lady who helped me in the morning was still there so i approached her to find out status and she was able to confirm the car was ready. She explained to me the car did not qualify for an upgraded brake pad, which is fine, but she stated the mechanic only cleaned the backing plate, even though I requested lube. My brakes are still squeaking. Im disappointed in this service as this is my 2nd attempt to get the brakes lubed at a GM dealership. More
