The service center was the issue. Caddilliac had the wrong information on the car and they charged us for keys they made wrong. We got charged for 2 sets but only left with 1 working More

I would like to know more about if the extended warranty policy would cover some or all of the suggested repairs. 1. replace front shocks 2. fix the oil leak in either the top or bottom engine seal, or possibly both.
