Also, when I called to make the appointment. no one ever answered the service department (and I called 3 times) I asked the operator if I could make an appointment with her and she reluctantly said yes. She asked when I wanted to come in and ask for car information and my information. She said she would give the info to the service department but when I got there Dario told me that I had no appointment in the system. Ugh! Mark Christopher, ypu guys were unprofessional from start to finish!
