Service Advisor was not personable at all. Definitely not a morning person. When I went to pick up my car, I had the understanding that staffing was low it might take a few minutes. I waite Definitely not a morning person. When I went to pick up my car, I had the understanding that staffing was low it might take a few minutes. I waited for 30 minutes while 5 people that came and paid after me waited approximately 2-5 minutes for their vehicles. I asked the cashier about my car twice and she said it was on it's way. When the guy got there with my car, I asked him why it took so long and that 5 people behind me had gotten their cars quickly. His response to me was “hey I’m just the person bringing you your car, it’s not my fault it took a long time”. I told him that since he interfaces with the customer, a response of an apology would suffice. So he sarcastically said “Sorry!”. Then walked away. This was my first and last time dealing with Mark Christopher. Never again!!! No thank you! More
