Took my Denali in for brakes, was told no brake pads in stock. "Maybe try taking it to Pep Boys!" I called 3 other dealers they had brakes in stock. It took 3 days to bring in brake pads. Took a total of 4 More

My car was repaired by Mark Christopher, but this was the first time that I have experienced an issue. I would never tell a customer to go get a repair at another competitor.
