Horrible service. I took off work to come take my car in because it kept shutting off while driving. I came in around lunch time. And I was told I would need to leave I took off work to come take my car in because it kept shutting off while driving. I came in around lunch time. And I was told I would need to leave it over night because they wouldn’t have enough time, and I could understand that because the day was half over. I couldn’t do that so I asked what time I could bring it in to make sure it was looked at the same day. I took ANOTHER day off of work, and got to the dealership before it even opened. I was the 3rd car there. I left my car, and took an Uber home. And I received a call around 3:30, that they didn’t get a chance to look at the car, and I would need you to leave my car over night. Irritated, I took my Uber back to the dealership to get my car. They didn’t even look at my car, at all. And it was left there ALL day. I took my car to Walmart. They tested the battery in 1 minute and say the battery went bad. 1. Minute. I understand being busy. But your employees put ZERO effort in. I missed 2 days of work, and paid for pointless Ubers because your employees didn’t do a job that took less than a couple minutes to figure out. Do better. You’re letting Walmart do a better job. Had a recall done here. Master window switch went out tech replaced the part switched didn’t work. They called me wanted $175.00 to diagnose the issue. I declined the offer and checked the fuse being an electric issue. Fuse was bad replaced it and everything was fine. Fuse cost $3.50 at O’Reilly. Point Is either the tech was incompetent and didn’t know the fuse popped or this was a easy way to get $175.00. Either way over $3.50 they got this poor review. More
