Mr Rizzi, thank you for your concern and follow up. I can be reached at 909-730-3692. (cell) If you care to talk. I know you are a very busy man and I won't take up much of your time. I am a bottom line type guy and am looking for a satisfactory remedy. The way I see it, 2021 Canyon Denali with a factory radio that never has played well needs to be playing right and does not. Is it a defect with the radio or connection etc. My ratings are for the 2 trips overall results and not Mr. Ray Peters performance.I will wait for your call. thank you Jerry Lampassi
