We unfortunately have two cars in the service department, one has been there over a week and the other has been there for five days. It took them at least 2 full work days to even begin looking at either ca one has been there over a week and the other has been there for five days. It took them at least 2 full work days to even begin looking at either car despite having appointments. They can't figure out what is wrong with either car, so the cars will be there even longer. Both cars are still under the manufacturer warranty and they will not even provide a loaner car. With two of our family vehicles sitting in their service bays, how are we supposed to go to work? This is unacceptable. More

brought car for diagnostic service on a/c. Was told it was working at 70% and needed a new compressor. Told them Caliber was going to do the work under their Guarantee and I would pick the car Was told it was working at 70% and needed a new compressor. When I picked up the car the a/c did not work at all MC left the system empty and blowing hot air leaving me not able to drive the car during the 99+ degree heat until the repair was completed.
