The service writers are good, but communication when a vehicle is ready for pickup needs work, I had to call to find out my car was ready. GMC has a known issue with bad brake pads but they had no replace vehicle is ready for pickup needs work, I had to call to find out my car was ready. GMC has a known issue with bad brake pads but they had no replacement parts, so I had to pay for inspection and eventually I have to go back for new pads AND request a refund for the brake inspection. Everything was good except who ever inspected the car missed the ac system not working causing us to have to wait approx 3 hrs of wait time before they can find out ac had no freeon.
