Always good service. I sent my son for me and was surprised the tire rotation was not included in the oil change service. I bought my tires at America's Tire and would h I sent my son for me and was surprised the tire rotation was not included in the oil change service. I bought my tires at America's Tire and would have had the rotation completed there if I had known this in advance. I do only go to this Chevy dealer for the great service they provide and have since 2002 for all my Chevy's. More

Took too long for oil change (2. 5hrs). Walked past 3 representatives before someone offered to help me(0730). New truck should have been washed, offered at least. Ray was friendly 5hrs). When I checked out, the girl didn’t provide my key then I had to walk back and ask. Not very good service. Probably will purchase my next vehicle elsewhere. Btw I paid almost 55 k cash. Poor communication on when vehicle was ready. No ride offered while most Cadillac dealerships offer loaner, vehicle pickup, or at least an Uber ride. Nothing here.
