I took my car there for a recall and while it was there I decided to get an oil change and tire rotation as well. I made an appointment at 9:30am. When I arrived at 9:30 there was a line of about 8 cars, whi decided to get an oil change and tire rotation as well. I made an appointment at 9:30am. When I arrived at 9:30 there was a line of about 8 cars, which was fine. My car was eventually checked in at 10:15. I never expect anything to be fast at the dealer and I understand that the people before me need to be seen. I left my car there and waited for a call. I called back around 1:30pm to get an idea of an eta so I could plan my ride. My service writer was at lunch and no one else could give me an update. So I continued to wait. I called again around 3:30pm and no one answered after calling 3 times in a row. So I continued to wait. I finally received a call at 4:45pm and I was informed that the oil change was done but they didn’t have the part for the recall and it would take about a week to get the part. Also they closed at 5pm so I could either pick it up in 15 mins or before 6 if they leave it with the sales department. So it took basically took almost 7 hours for an oil Change and tire rotation and I have to take it back! Yea that’s crazy. Overall everyone was very polite but the system is flawed and the communication is not great. I’ve had interactions with many dealerships over the years and I’m a very patient person. I also never expect fast service because it’s the dealer and that’s just how it is. But this experience…. More

I was traveling from out of town when my check engine light came on. I called the service department and Jackie told me to bring it in right away and they would see what they could do while I waited. Ste light came on. I called the service department and Jackie told me to bring it in right away and they would see what they could do while I waited. Stellar service from Jackie and everyone in the service department had me back on the road in less than 4 hours. Thank you! More

Took too long for oil change (2. 5hrs). Walked past 3 representatives before someone offered to help me(0730). New truck should have been washed, offered at least. Ray was friendly 5hrs). When I checked out, the girl didn’t provide my key then I had to walk back and ask. Not very good service. Probably will purchase my next vehicle elsewhere. Btw I paid almost 55 k cash. Not happy with service. More

Always good service. I sent my son for me and was surprised the tire rotation was not included in the oil change service. I bought my tires at America's Tire and would have had the rotation completed there if I had known this in advance. I do only go to this Chevy dealer for the great service they provide and have since 2002 for all my Chevy's. More
Poor communication on when vehicle was ready. No ride offered while most Cadillac dealerships offer loaner, vehicle pickup, or at least an Uber ride. Nothing here.
