Everything was good except who ever inspected the car missed the ac system not working causing us to have to wait approx 3 hrs of wait time before they can find out ac had no freeon. The service writers are good, but communication when a vehicle is ready for pickup needs work, I had to call to find out my car was ready. GMC has a known issue with bad brake pads but they had no replace vehicle is ready for pickup needs work, I had to call to find out my car was ready. GMC has a known issue with bad brake pads but they had no replacement parts, so I had to pay for inspection and eventually I have to go back for new pads AND request a refund for the brake inspection. Mark Christopher Chevrolet, in my opinion, is the flagship dealership in the Inland Empire. Their service department is hands down the best. The service manager Jeff Rizzi always goes out of his way flagship dealership in the Inland Empire. Their service department is hands down the best.
