had a 7am appointment for a recall and also had some battery issues received a call at 1030 and was told the recall issues were done and was told i needed a new battery and it would only take a short time to have it ready. I never heard back so i called at 1230 and was told very rude that "my car would not be ready until 3 or later and that i would be called " I was called at 250 to pick up my car when i arrived i needed the dmv corrections report to send to dmv and it was not done, i was told to go see Ray. Ray was outside on his cell phone i waited 10 min and asked another man in service to get me the form. After 35 min i received my correction certificate and my car
